Event news

GNSS.asia is organising a Galileo Hackathon on 16-17 March 2019 at PES University in Bangalore, India.

So far, over 30 teams from 22 universities all over India have registered to join us and to use Galileo in order to address one of the different challenges in smart cities & urban mobility, safety and health. Each team will have a unique opportunity to receive guidance and mentorship from GNSS and Galileo experts from the European GNSS Agency, ISRO, GNSS.asia, PES University, Burdwan University and many more! A various package of prizes – including cash money – will be awarded to the top-3 teams.

Participation is open and free of charge, on a first come first serve basis. Food and beverages will be provided. The Hackathon will continue through the night of 16 to 17 March. Travel expenses (including flights, visa applications and so forth) will be fully borne by participants.

Due to the high interest, registrations have closed. Join our Hackathon-talks on social media! #GalileoBangalore @GNSSasia
